Explain entry procedures, restricted rooms and any notices your management team needs to provide. Agree cleaning times around resident use and scheduled activities.
Shared-room responsibilities
Identify the spaces you want included, who manages building consumables and where ordinary collected waste belongs. Appliance interiors and dishes can be quoted as add-ons.

Which apartment common areas can you clean?
We can discuss lobbies, accessible corridors, leasing offices, community rooms and shared facilities in Spokane, Spokane Valley and Coeur d’Alene. The walkthrough confirms the spaces, reachable surfaces, tasks and frequency for your property.
Can cleaning take place while the building is occupied?
We plan access and timing with your property contact. Explain resident traffic, room bookings, restricted areas and any notices your management team needs to provide. The available schedule is confirmed before work begins.
Do you clean shared laundry rooms?
Accessible room surfaces and floors can be included in the agreed common-area scope. Washing, drying or handling residents’ laundry is not included, and appliance servicing is outside the cleaning visit.
Can we also get a quote for a vacant unit?
Yes. Discuss vacant-unit work separately so its condition, cleaning tasks, appliance-interior add-ons and timing can be quoted clearly. Common-area cleaning does not automatically include individual apartments.
Who will be entering the property?
Every Cleaning Beez team member is background checked, and Audrey personally supervises and approves cleaners before they work with clients. Discuss keys, entry instructions, resident notices and restricted areas when arranging service.
How do I get a quote for a managed property?
Schedule a walkthrough and quote with the property address and your contact information. Cleaning Beez will contact you to confirm the walkthrough before arriving. You can also call Audrey directly at 509-505-9441 to discuss the property, scope and timing before arranging the visit.
Laundry, exterior windows, hauling abandoned belongings, hazardous cleanup, repairs and pest or damage remediation are not included. Pool maintenance and specialist facility servicing need separate providers. Vacant-unit cleaning is quoted separately from common-area upkeep.
