We agree the work for each unit at the walkthrough. Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors and dishes are add-ons. Empty cupboards and clear remaining belongings so the included areas are accessible.

Tell Audrey about repairs, painting or other contractors. Confirm safe access and a suitable cleaning date once the work that would add dust or dirt is complete.

Name the property contact, entry arrangements and your preferred completion date. Audrey confirms availability and the cleaning appointment after the walkthrough and quote.

A lightly used apartment and a home with years of buildup need different work. Audrey reviews the rooms, condition and requested extras with you, then prepares a quote for the agreed cleaning. Discuss each unit and its timing when planning several turnovers.

Do you clean rental units after tenants move out?

What does a property-management move-out clean include?
Your walkthrough defines the scope: kitchens, bathrooms, carpet washing and spot cleaning, suitable hard floors, accessible baseboards and trim, reachable fans, and empty cupboard interiors where agreed. A deep clean includes interior windows and tracks; exterior windows are excluded. Existing damage, permanent staining and repairs are separate from cleaning.
Are oven and refrigerator interiors included?
Oven interiors and refrigerator interiors are add-ons, as are dishes. Request them at the walkthrough so the quote and preparation instructions include the work you want. Laundry is not included.
Can you coordinate cleaning for several units?
Discuss the unit list, addresses, condition, access and preferred dates with Audrey. She will confirm available appointments and the scope for each unit. Complete repairs and other work that would add dust or dirt before the agreed cleaning visit.
Is this different from apartment common-area cleaning?
Yes. Turnover cleaning covers the agreed interior work in a rental unit after a tenant leaves. Apartment common-area cleaning covers shared spaces such as lobbies, hallways and community rooms. These scopes and schedules are quoted separately.
How do we schedule a rental turnover walkthrough and quote?
Schedule a walkthrough with the property address, unit details and your contact information. We contact you to confirm before arriving, review the space and prepare a quote afterward. Laundry, exterior windows, repairs and hazardous cleanup are excluded. Cleaning does not determine a tenant's deposit or guarantee removal of permanent stains. Remaining belongings and bulk-disposal arrangements must be addressed before the cleaning visit.
