What types of commercial properties do you clean?
We plan cleaning for offices, shops and showrooms, apartment common areas, tenant move-outs for property managers, salons, churches and vacation rentals. Each property starts with a walkthrough to confirm the work, access and schedule. Tell Audrey about any special facility requirements before the visit.
Do you provide commercial cleaning in Liberty Lake and Coeur d’Alene?
Yes. We plan commercial cleaning in Liberty Lake and Coeur d’Alene, as well as Spokane and Spokane Valley. Share your exact address, property type and preferred cleaning times with Audrey. The walkthrough confirms the areas, tasks and access before your commercial quote is prepared.
Do you provide recurring janitorial cleaning?
We can discuss a recurring commercial cleaning plan for the areas and tasks your business needs. The frequency, cleaning times and any periodic deep-cleaning work are agreed after the walkthrough. Availability is confirmed for your property rather than assumed from a standard schedule.
Who will be working in our building?
Every member of the Cleaning Beez team is background checked. Owner Audrey Nunez personally supervises and approves team members before they work with clients. Share your building’s entry procedures and restricted areas when planning the service.
Do we need to provide the cleaning products?
We bring our own organic cleaning products. Please tell Audrey about manufacturer instructions, sensitive finishes or products your facility requires so the plan can be agreed before work begins. Restroom consumables and other building supplies should be discussed separately.
Are appliance interiors and laundry included?
Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors and dishes are add-ons that need to be included in your quote. Laundry is not included. During the walkthrough, identify any breakroom appliances or extra tasks you would like priced.
What happens when I schedule a walkthrough and quote?
You request an appointment for a walkthrough and quote, sharing your address and contact information. Cleaning Beez contacts you to confirm the appointment before arriving. You can also call Audrey directly to discuss the scope and arrange the walkthrough. The cleaning appointment is confirmed separately after the quote.
Tell us about unusual residue, work at height or regulated facility requirements during the walkthrough. Ordinary commercial cleaning does not include hazardous waste, remediation, repairs, specialist equipment servicing or laundry.
