Where the scope stops
A deep clean addresses soil and buildup; permanent staining, damaged grout, worn finishes and etched stone may remain. Interior windows and tracks are included, with access reviewed at the walkthrough. Heavy furniture moving, specialist carpet work, repairs and hazardous cleanup are separate work. Laundry is not included. Exterior windows are not included.

We bring our own organic cleaning products. Share care instructions for natural stone, finished wood, coated glass and fixtures, along with any product restrictions or sensitivities. How is deep cleaning different from recurring cleaning?
Recurring cleaning supports everyday upkeep on an agreed schedule, including the window over the kitchen sink. Deep cleaning gives more attention to baseboards, reachable ceiling fans, kitchen and bathroom buildup, and interior windows and tracks throughout the home. We review access during the walkthrough.
What bathroom cleaning is included in a deep clean?
The home deep-cleaning checklist covers accessible tubs, showers, tile, grout, sinks, toilets, mirrors and fixtures. Show Audrey soap buildup and other priorities at the walkthrough so the treatment fits the surfaces. Routine bathroom upkeep can be part of recurring cleaning; repairs and permanent stain removal are not promised.
Are oven and refrigerator interiors included?
Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors and dishes are add-ons. The deep-cleaning checklist includes appliance exteriors and the microwave interior; tell us which add-ons you would like in your quote. Laundry is not included.
Can a deep clean remove every stain?
No. Cleaning addresses soil and buildup, but wear, damage, etched surfaces and some permanent stains are different problems. Point these out at the estimate so the limits are clear.
Is this the right service after building work?
Describe the work and the dust or residue that remains. Post-construction cleaning is a separate scope, particularly when new finishes, trade activity or construction residue need assessment.
How often should my home have a deep clean?
Use the home's condition and tasks left beyond your routine as the starting point. Household use and upkeep differ, so a fixed interval is not the right rule for every home.
