Final-detail tasks to include in the estimate
We confirm your rooms, tasks and access during a free walkthrough, then prepare a quote for the work. Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors and dishes are add-ons; laundry is not included.
Kitchen and bathroom finishes
- Clean accessible cupboard interiors and fixtures in the agreed scope
- Clean sinks, counters, bathrooms and agreed appliance surfaces
Glass and residue assessment
- Clean reachable interior glass, sills and tracks where agreed
- Identify stickers, adhesive or paint residue for a surface-specific decision

Where the scope stops
Final cleaning is not hazardous-material remediation, mold or smoke restoration, demolition cleanup or construction-waste hauling. Pressure washing, exterior work, duct cleaning and floor restoration are separate specialist tasks. Stains, grout haze and paint or adhesive residue are not guaranteed removable; incompatible methods can damage new finishes and must not be assumed.

Tell us about sanding, cutting, painting or other activity that could recreate dust. Coordinate cleaning with the actual remaining work.
Safe access and utilities
Confirm clear working areas, water, power and responsibility for remaining construction waste. Active or hazardous work is not ordinary final cleaning.
New finish instructions
Provide care instructions and curing restrictions for new surfaces. Assess stickers, adhesive, paint or grout residue separately before choosing a method.

Our products, your new finishes
We bring our own organic cleaning products. Provide care and curing instructions for new stone, wood, coated glass, fixtures and other installed finishes. Identify existing marks and product restrictions at the walkthrough so suitable residue-removal work can be assessed before it is agreed.
Quote the finished project as it stands
The estimate considers size, dust and residue, accessible surfaces, finish instructions and separately agreed detail work. Ongoing trades can change what is needed; discuss that before relying on a completion date. Confirm the appointment and handoff rather than assuming a fixed waiting period or single-pass result.

Post-construction cleaning questions
When is a project ready for final cleaning?
Readiness depends on finished work, safe access, utilities and remaining dust-producing activity. Share the actual trade schedule. A universal one- or two-day waiting rule does not establish readiness.
Is this different from deep cleaning?
Yes. Deep cleaning addresses detail in an occupied home; post-construction cleaning assesses building dust, new finishes and residue after a completed project. Describe the work so the right scope can be discussed.
Will every sticker, paint spot or grout mark come off?
No blanket result should be assumed. Identify marks and provide finish instructions so suitable tasks can be assessed and agreed. Some residue or damage needs the installer or a specialist.
Can you clean while trades are still working?
Describe remaining work and site conditions. Confirm whether a safe, useful final visit can be agreed; subsequent activity may recreate dust and require a separate appointment.
Does this include hauling building waste or pressure washing?
Those tasks are outside the proposed final-detail scope. Agree who handles construction waste and specialist exterior work before the visit.
