Where the scope stops
The scope does not include damage repair, wall patching or repainting, heavy appliance moving, carpet extraction, exterior work or hazardous cleanup. A landlord or owner decides inspection and deposit matters independently. Ask about unusual stains, damage or written requirements before assuming a cleaning task can resolve them. Laundry is not included.

Arrange for belongings to be removed and identify the cleaning tasks requested by the owner or manager. Keep repair and damage issues separate.

Confirm when the property is available, which rooms need cleaning and when movers or deliveries will arrive.
When schedules overlap
Tell us about movers, trades and inspections. Confirm the cleaning appointment and access window; an estimate alone does not reserve a completion date.
An empty-home readiness checklist

Our products, your home’s care instructions
We bring our own organic cleaning products. Point out damaged finishes and any material-care instructions, product restrictions or sensitivities during the walkthrough. Clear the agreed cupboard and appliance interiors before the visit. Moving or disconnecting heavy appliances needs a separate arrangement.
Quote the work in the empty home
At your free walkthrough, we review the empty rooms, cupboards, condition and any written handoff requirements before preparing a quote. Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors and dishes are add-ons. A cleaning quote records the agreed work; deposit and inspection decisions remain with the property owner.

Move-in and move-out cleaning questions
Do you clean apartments as well as houses?
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleaning is available for empty apartments and houses. Share the address, room count, building access and handoff date. Empty cupboards and closets help us reach the agreed interiors; oven and refrigerator interiors are add-ons.
Does move-out cleaning guarantee my deposit back?
No. A cleaning company does not decide deposits, deductions or inspection results. We can discuss an owner's checklist and agree the cleaning work, while lease terms, damage and handoff decisions remain separate.
Should the home be empty?
Empty rooms, cupboards and closets allow the agreed interior areas to be reached. Tell us what will remain and when movers will finish so access and scope can be confirmed.
Are oven and refrigerator interiors included?
Oven interiors and refrigerator interiors are add-ons, including for a move-in or move-out clean. Request them during the walkthrough so they can be included in the quote and preparation can be agreed.
Can you use my property manager's checklist?
Yes—bring the checklist to your walkthrough. Audrey will confirm the cleaning tasks, accessible areas and any add-ons before preparing your quote. Repairs, damage and a landlord’s deposit or inspection decisions remain separate from the cleaning work.
Is a newly remodeled home a move-in clean?
Tell us whether construction dust or residue remains. A completed remodel may need post-construction assessment rather than ordinary empty-home cleaning.
